All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Unlike many shops, we ship 7 days a week to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible.
Note: While we process and drop off packages on weekends, please be aware that postal carriers (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx) may not update tracking or move packages through their hubs until the following Monday.

Tracking Your Order
The moment your package is scanned by the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey directly through the link provided in that email.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately; if the order hasn't shipped yet, we’ll be happy to fix it.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package: Check with neighbors or your building manager. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early). If it’s still missing, please contact the carrier directly to open a missing package claim.
